These special diamond hole saws benefit from fully exposed diamonds that are vacuum brazed directly to the cutting edge. Vacuum brazing is a material joining process which offers significant advantages in terms of cleanliness, joint strength and integrity making the hole saws durable and convenient to use when drilling a vast variety of materials. They are especially good for drilling porcelain.

For best results when drilling tiles, apply a fine mist of water via a hand-held spray bottle. Do not use unnecessary pressure, the weight of the machine is sufficient. Using a slight oscillating motion whilst drilling can increase speed on some materials. Use at speeds between 800 - 2000rpm. For harder tiles use a slower rpm / for softer tiles use a faster rpm.
